  2. These terms and conditions and the disclaimers and exclusions contained within them are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
  3. The content of the UK website is directed solely at those who access the site from the United Kingdom. The Wren Press makes no representation that any service or product referred to in this website is available or otherwise suitable for use outside of the United Kingdom.
  4. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time.
  5. Credit card payments made through the website are processed by Worldpay secure servers.
  6. All offers are made subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  7. Access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

  13. Personalised stationery: The Wren Press will use its experience and expertise to ensure the finished layout is compatible with the end product.
  14. Despatch of items bought on the website is usually within 5 working days except for personalised bespoke products which will despatch within 14-21 days.
Terms and conditions: general
  1. We do our best to keep to dates given for delivery or shipment; however, they are not to be treated as a condition of sale.
  2. Bespoke/processed orders. As exact quantities cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 10%.
  3. Complaints regarding bespoke goods supplied must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
  4. Postage Rates: Due to changes made by the Post Office for postage charges for letters and large letters, please double check your postage rates before posting. Wren Press cannot be held responsible for advising on different postage rates.
Payment Policy
  1.  Upon confirmation of your order to proceed we will require a 25% deposit, subject to a minimum deposit of £50, to prepare the proofs.  Once the proofs have been approved, the remaining 75% of the order value will be required to be paid prior to the order being sent to production.  Should you cancel your order at any time after proofs have been prepared, we reserve the right to charge £50 for the preparation of proofs. Should there be any changes to your order through the production process we reserve the right to amend the order value and will require any additional payment prior to the goods being released to you.
  2. Carriage is usually charged extra. 
Refund Policy
  1. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product from our stock range (ie excluding bespoke products) purchased through this website from The Wren Press, we will give you a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us within seven days of the date of purchase or receipt of the goods. You will receive acknowledgement of your notification within three working days.
  2. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised stationery items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  3. Faulty goods. Only when faulty items are returned to us we will be able to credit the cost and VAT of faulty stock goods.
  4. Where the transaction has been made using a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card within fourteen days of notification. We can only make a refund by cheque where the original item was paid for by cheque.
  5. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
  1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).
  2. We will not email you in the future, unless you have given your consent except to confirm your order, or any queries regarding your order.
  3. If you make an online payment to us your payment will be processed on our behalf by Worldpay Plc who will collect and store your personal and credit card details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
  4. The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
  5. It is not our policy to share your registration data with any third-party companies. However, if you take up any offers or sales with companies through our website, any details that you pass on will be subject to the terms and conditions of that company.
  6. For commercial purposes we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, but these will not include any personally identifying information.

  3. Only available on full price purchases minimum order value £200.00. Offer excludes gift vouchers. Not available at franchise partners.

  6. If you are unsure of your Wedding Stationery requirements we strongly advise that you liaise with one of our trained consultants where you can select your Wedding Invitations.
  7. The Wedding Invitations cannot be exchanged for alternative stationery items. 
  8. Online customers may request a complimentary Wedding Stationery sample pack via http://www.wrenpressbrides.com/ but this is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Contact info@wrenpress.com and we will endeavour to assist.
  9. Your stationery request is subject to availability. 
  10. This offer is exclusive to our Chelsea Showroom, 1 Chelsea Wharf, 15 Lots Road, London, SW10 0QJ. If you wish to arrange an appointment, please email info@wrenpress.com or call us on 020 7351 5887 to arrange this prior to your visit.
  11. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and by appointment on Saturdays, excluding Bank Holidays.
  12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 
  13. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
  14. The Wren Press Limited reserves the right to terminate this discount without notice
